Quick Tips/Suggestions:

Don’t come back from Natore without tasting the Kanchagolla.

Before visiting the Dighapathiya Rajbari, one will have to have the permission of the D.C. (Deputy Commissioner) of Natore. As it is the official residence of the president, the permission is for security purpose. Cameras are not allowed inside the palace.

If you can’t swim, beware of the boat journey in the Cholon Bil .

Halti Beel

The another cause why I like this beel very mush is between the beel a long concrete road is constructed. In monsoon season this road goes under water and in other place people can think this type of road. In this picture one of my friend standing on the under water and wave is hitting on his leg. And rainbow is back of him.

Halti Beel

This beel is not so much famous like haltir bell in all over the Bangladesh. But the people of Natore mostly like this beel very much. This beel is also very big as like sea and from middle of the beel u can't see any corner. This bell aslo known as "Second Cox's Bazer". This name is given by here people. I aslo like this beel very much. Journey by boat or picnic is most rocking to me.

Chalan Beel

Cholon Bil is a large natural wetland and known to every Bangladeshi. During the monsoon, the area of the Bil increases and touches four upazilas (sub-districts) of the Natore district. The picnic parties come to Cholon Bil every season. They cook, sing, dance, and do everything they wish in their boats.

It looks like a sea, especially during the monsoon. In the monsoon season, the Bil behaves like a naughty boy. During that time, waves hurt the land frequently. Visiting Cholon Bil during monsoon season is not only a mere travel, but also an adventure.

Delicious kacha Golla

This one kind of sweet. It is famous all over the country for its taste. Kacha Golla is made from milk. You can get it in any sweet shop. But now a days best quality Kacha Golla is available only at Darik Vandar. Which is situated near Joi Kali Bari mondir.Mouchak Mistanna Vandar which is situated at Alaipur of Natore town is another shop which produces good quality kachaGolla . If you come Natore don't miss to go for that.

This is the memorial of martyr freedom fighter. Here mentioned the name of matyr. It's in the 0 point of Natore maned Madrasa Mor.

Rani Bhabani Women's College

This the women's college named as Rani Bhabani's name. This college is governized in 1973. It used to a old building use by Raja's man and now use as Rani's college. It is in the center of Natore town.

Shib Mondir

Inside the rajbari Shib mon is the another place, which any one want to see. This temple is near by Boro torof. Now this temple use by local area people, in Shib puja they come here.

Shamshundor Mondir

This temple is one of the very beautiful temple is the Ranibhabani's rajbari. Its beside the Boro Tororf. Mainly the the Boro torof raja used to pray here.

Honey Queen Vaban

This is another beautiful work Choto Torof's Raja. Here you see beautiful old architectural work. But now its seems like broken.

Rani Mohol

This is Rani Mohol the queen of half bangla used to live here .

Choto Torof

After the dead of Raja Ram Krishna Natore Raj family divided into two part: Boro Torof and Choto Torof. His small son Shib Nath is the first king of Choto torof and Raja Biraddro Nath is the last king of Choto torof. Choto torof is design very well.

The Main Palace ( Boro Torof)

This is the main palace. The palace also known as Boro Torof. This palace is design very nicely. Raja Bishhonath Roy is the first king of the of the palace and Raja Jogindronath Roy was the last king. In all king of Boro Torof Raja Jogdiddronath was most famous. Expect his work he done many kind of social work and he had a great contribution in social devolpment of Natore in that time.

This is the main gate of the Rani Bhabai Rajbari. From this gate main palace is not so far.

I take this picture from on top of the tall gate at the entrance of the palace. From here I got a beautiful view of the total Rajbari.

The Clock stands on the tall gate at the entrance of the palace. The clock is said to have been brought from England back in the 18th Century. Still gives accurate time. This bell create very loud sound and can be hear from long distance.

This is the statue of the king. When we went there we got a chance to take picture with him, you all can see this we are around the statue and its seems he is also our friend. This statue is situated in-front of his palace.

It was residence of the Dighapatiya raj. It is situated amid well-kept grounds, surrounded by a fine moat. The buildings are modern. They include a well-equipped guest house, an imposing gateway and a fine garden decorated with status of white marble.

DIGHAPATIYA RAJBARI

DIGHAPATIYA RAJBARI: It is the most popular sight to the visitors. The kings of Natore lived here. It is call UTTARA GONOBHABAN now. It is one of the official residences of the president of Bangladesh. Everyone wants to see its design and area. It is situated on a large area. It has a large fancy gate, a large garden, and hundreds of rooms. There are a pond and a sculpture here. It is 5km from Natore district town, and the rickshaw fare is 8/10 taka from the Natore bus terminal.

This the entering gate into Natore Town. This palce called horis pur. From here to main town its take 10 minutes to go. From Dhaka its distance 210 km. You can go Natore by Bus it will cost 250/- tk to 425/- or by train any one go Natoregood from all over the country.
